Our next MSBA-BA student spotlight for Women’s History Month is Shazeen Quadri from Ashburn, VA! Shazeen graduated from Virginia Tech in Spring 2020 with a B.S. in Business Information Technology and a B.S. in Management. She knew she wanted to continue her education and found the MSBA-BA program through Pamplin.

Shazeen chose the program because she wanted to learn and practice in a team-based environment, and the cohort-style setting of the MSBA-BA program truly supports that. Business analytics interests Shazeen because she wanted to complement her business degrees with technical knowledge that focuses on solving problems and making differences. One of her favorite things about the MSBA-BA program is being able to work closely with a team for the capstone project that will significantly impact a company and their business practices.

After graduation, Shazeen will be working in project management at Leidos under their Intelligence division, where she worked as a project management intern. She states, “I am excited to work with my team in a more committed role than I have been throughout my internship, as well as fully immerse myself into the experience. The MSBA-BA program is an integral part of jump starting my career as I have gained numerous business insights, skills, and connections.”
